Why we need an information verification system

Over the years since the portal was launched, we have accumulated thousands of stories about violations of labor rights at various companies. Antijob is well indexed by search engines and visited by many people, and many employers react extremely painfully to information posted with us: offering us thousands of dollars to remove it, and even trying to shut Antijob down using the police and hackers.

However, bastards from the black-PR world have started taking advantage of our successes: we have learned that, posing as hired employees, they post false information on Antijob about their competitors. We even know of a case of blackmail against an entrepreneur — he was threatened with being smeared on Antijob if he refused to pay.

Meanwhile, we understand that many workers can tell the truth about the abuses in their "own" company only anonymously — we must give them that opportunity. Therefore we are introducing a system for verifying information obtained when adding to the blacklist.

  • Anonymous level - completely anonymous information.
  • Trusted level - the employee has left us their mobile phone number or email. If the employee has achieved their goal and justice and wants to remove the post, they can write to us from that email or mobile number.
  • Verified level - the information is supported by audio or video recordings or by documents.

We want to emphasize that Antijob contains information about thousands of companies. Usually we know no more about them than what people write to us.

It is also important to note that information with Trusted and Verified levels is considered far more trustworthy than anonymous entries.

Your support is very important to us
